Treating someone with respect means showing regard for their abilities and worth.
It can be shown in many ways such as:
- Being kind and courteous.
- Being polite
- Avoiding rude habits like interrupting or causing disturbances
- Listening to others with differences in beliefs and opinions
- Thinking before you speak, with focus on your language and tone.
At Master Roberts World Class Taekwondo, our students learn and practice respect for themselves, their classmates, the school itself, and their instructors. It’s incredibly important in this martial art to show regard for others and every interaction is rooted in having respect for each other.
