Self-Control is the discipline to govern your own behavior. It’s the ability to regulate one’s own actions, emotions, and reactions and is a necessary skill in life and in Taekwondo.
The moderation of natural inclinations allows students to thrive in difficult areas. Where many children might hesitate to continue with challenging tasks, a student with Self-Control rises to the occasion.
Here, at Master Roberts World Class Taekwondo, our students learn all aspects of Self-Control by progressing through our curriculum. Students learn to understand their own strength along with their ability to modify it and how to remain calm in difficult situations. Taekwondo training is largely about training oneself and we love encouraging our students to be their best selves.
